The good news: Crestron is large and long running, and its systems run on hardware in your home.
The bad news: It is a dealer system, so you depend on an installer for changes, and moving to Crestron Home can mean new processors.
If you own Crestron
- Keep your dealer contact and system backups.
- Ask your dealer which processor you have and how long it will get updates.
