The good news: Lennox is a large, established company, and your system heats and cools on its own.
The bad news: Remote control and alerts depend on the company’s app and cloud, and a technician usually installs and services the system.
If you own Lennox
- Know how to use the wall thermostat or remote, which work without the app.
- Ask your installer which app and thermostat your system needs.
