Thanks to a surprisingly powerful motor, it can physically drag heavy blackout curtains weighing up to 12 kilograms without getting stuck.
Battery Life and Sunlight Sensors
Because the unit runs on the Zigbee 3.0 protocol, it is incredibly energy efficient. The massive rechargeable battery lasts up to a full year on a single charge. When power runs low, you simply plug in a standard USB-C cable. It also features a built-in light sensor. You can set an automation to automatically close the curtains during bright afternoons. The Matter Standard Upgrade
